Joaquín Capa (b. 1941, Santander, Spain) is a renowned Spanish printmaker known for his expertise in etching, aquatint, and drypoint. He studied at the Escuela de Bellas Artes de San Fernando in Madrid and honed his skills in Italy and Paris. Capa’s abstract works are celebrated for their intricate textures and innovative use of printmaking techniques. He has exhibited internationally, and his works are featured in major collections, establishing him as a leading figure in contemporary printmaking.
