Subscription Policy for Consulting Services

Welcome to Genuine & Unique Consulting Services! To ensure you have the best experience, please read our subscription policy carefully before subscribing to our interior design consultation services.

### 1. Subscription Terms
- Our consulting subscription requires a minimum commitment of two (2) months. After the initial two-month period, the subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled.
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and must be paid in full to access the consultation services.

### 2. Payment and Billing
- Payment for the subscription is due at the start of each billing cycle. You will be charged automatically on the same day each month until you decide to cancel your subscription.
- Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods specified on our website.

### 3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time after the initial two-month commitment. Upon cancellation, your access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- If you cancel before the end of the minimum two-month commitment, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period, and you will still have access to the services until the end of the paid period.

### 4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not available for partial months of service or for unused consultations.
- No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

### 5. Subscription Modifications
- You may upgrade your subscription plan at any time. Any changes to your plan will be effective at the start of the next billing cycle.
- Downgrading or reducing your subscription services is only allowed after the initial two-month commitment period.

### 6. Access to Services
- Subscribers gain access to personalized interior design consultations, including virtual meetings, design advice, and curated recommendations tailored to your needs.
- Consultations are scheduled based on availability, and we encourage booking in advance to secure your preferred times.

### 7. Rescheduling and No-Show Policy
- If you need to reschedule a consultation, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice or a no-show will result in the session being counted as completed.

### 8. Changes to Subscription Terms
- Genuine & Unique reserves the right to modify or update the subscription terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes at least 30 days in advance.
